No. 17, Touzi No. 172, within the limit of Kamarhati Municipality Holding No. 273 (Old) and 609 (New), ward no.17, of said Municipality , within the jurisdiction of A.D.S.R Cossipore Dum Dum, District 24 Parganas (N), be the same more or less together with right of common passage, easement and appertance thereto belonging, entire vacant roof of the above said two Storied Building is admeasuring about 1382 Sq.
